To all my lovely friends and family in less than 3 weeks I will be running the London Marathon , this training stuff is hard work and has had the commitment of long runs every weekend ! Tomorrow I will be doing my last long run of 20 miles and then it’s time to rest.

I’ve never ran a marathon before and never finished a half marathon and thought I’d love to run that again straight away. So this is a massive achievement for me.

I’ve decided to raise money for a local charity in Chester , The soul Kitchen this is a place that is 100% run by volunteers and helps to support and feed anyone experiencing loneliness, food poverty or homelessness.

So if any of my lovely friends or family have a little to spare and sponsor me I would really appreciate it 😘xxx
