Last year my beautiful Mum, Gillian Isted, was diagnosed with MND, and shortly after she sadly passed away. She was a wonderful Mum and Nanny, loved by her family and friends.

On 29 March 2025, Alice, Sally and I will be walking 29km to raise money for the MND Association.

The MND Association focus on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
