I’m running the 2023 Great North Run for a lovely local charity Wag and Company and pledge to raise £401, the cost of one Visiting Wag Team; a professionally assessed volunteer and their special Friendship Dog.These wonderful teams create lifelong friendships and provide much valued companionship to older dog lovers within our communities.

Anyone who knows me knows I am not a runner so this has been a massive challenge for me, but hopefully I will do myself and Wag proud!
