This October, we’re inviting you to be part of something bigger than fitness and to "move for something that matters" – the Soul Marathon. From Pilates and HIIT to Strength, Cardio, Yoga, and Meditation, this high-energy event brings our community together for a full day of movement, connection, and purpose. Every registration doubles as a donation, helping us raise vital funds for The Hospital Research Foundation. Join us on Saturday, 18th October, 8 am–2 pm, and let’s sweat, smile, and support a cause that matters.
