On Saturday 30th March (my birthday) we will be taking part in the Penguin Plunge for St Richard's Hospice.

St Richards provides care and support to people living with life limiting conditions and have complex needs which can’t be met under other services.

We are fundraising in memory of two very special people, John and Joce Brandwood, who are very much missed every day. They would have loved the idea of a penguin plunge and would be backing us all the way .. from the safety and dryness of the shoreline!
