The Twilight Walk London 2025 · 22 March 2025 ·

This iconic walk will see the community unite to take strides through the Capital, as we reflect, remember and raise awareness of brain tumours. Together, we can lead the way in accelerating cures and helping those diagnosed live longer and better.

Story

We lost Chris to a very aggressive, grade 4, Glioblastoma brain tumour January 2024, aged 57, just 13 months after his shock diagnosis.

The average survival rate is 12-18months, the treatment is often brain surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, his was no different. Treatment has sadly not changed much for decades. That's why my daughter, dear friends and I , are participating in The Twilight Walk London 2025, a walk event dedicated to raising funds. We depended on the information and support received from the Brain tumour charity. Our goal is to raise £500 + to support vital research, increase awareness, and provide much-needed support to individuals and families impacted by brain tumours

The Brain Tumour Charity is the world's leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally.
