Steps For Dad 💛

My dad, Taff, was a healthy, hardworking man and an upholsterer by trade. He spent Christmas and the start of January with us, full of life, when he began to feel unwell. On 12th January, he was admitted to hospital.

On 4th February, we received devastating news: he had Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD), an incurable condition that affects the brain. From that moment, his health declined rapidly.

My dad passed away peacefully at 3:56 am on 28th February 2026.

We want to raise funds to support families affected by CJD and help fund vital research, in memory of a wonderful father who meant the world to us.

I will be walking 100 miles at the beginning of May in memory of an amazing man
