Last year our dad Neil Taylor got a ballot place to run the London Marathon which has been a long time dream of his. At the beginning of this year we were all devastated to be told that after some ongoing health issues and many tests that our wonderful dad had been diagnosed with motor neurone disease. In spite of this dad is training hard and will still be on the start line next month. I will also be on the start line with him and they have kindly allocated me a place as support runner alongside him.
