Journey fundraiser for Terrence Higgins Trust

Joe Brown is raising money for Terrence Higgins Trust
“Journey queer history walk & picnic for THT”

on 12 June 2025

Our mission at Terrence Higgins Trust is to end new cases of HIV in the UK by 2030; to empower and support people living with HIV to lead healthy lives; and to amplify the voices of those affected by HIV to eradicate stigma and discrimination.

Story

Terrence Higgins Trust is the UK's leading HIV charity. We support people living with HIV and amplify their voices, and help the people using our services to achieve good sexual health.

Your support helps us work towards a world where:

• There are no new HIV cases in the UK by 2030.

• People living with HIV get the support they need.

• Everyone can access good quality sexual and reproductive health services and information tailored to their individual needs.

• HIV and sexual and reproductive health free from shame and stigma.

Journey, the network of Transport LGBTQ+ Networks, is honoured to be fundraising for THT around what would have been Terry’s 80th Birthday in June. For those attending Dan Glass’ wonderful walking tour, donations of whatever you can give are expected to reflect the limited numbers and Dan’s generous gift of his time. For the annual Journey picnic which follows, donations are strongly encouraged and appreciated. Looking forward to seeing you there!
