Story
I'm running with Moya Cole Hospice in the Manchester Half Marathon 2026!
My mum was supported by Pendleside Hospice during her end of life care and I want to give something back that recognises the amazing work of hospices all around the country. I’m not the fittest person in the world but this challenge will be worth the pain to support this wonderful charity.
I'm supporting an amazing cause that provides incredible care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and supports their families and carers across Greater Manchester.
Moya Cole Hospice is a lifeline for many, but with only a third of their funding coming from the NHS, they need to raise £20,000 each day to continue offering their essential services and compassionate care.
Every step I take will help Moya Cole Hospice provide vital support for patients and their families. Please consider donating what you can to help make a difference.
£10.85 could help provide TVs and WiFi for inpatients to enjoy during their stay.
£20.60 could pay for a hand or foot massage with one of their therapists to help a patient or carer relax.
£30.60 could fund a bereavement session for a loved one with their specialist team.
Thank you for your support!
