I am taking on the challenge of cycling 100km a day for 5 consecutive days to raise funds for the Stars Appeal, the charity for Salisbury District Hospital. This cause is very close to my heart, as my mum has recently overcome her second battle with breast cancer, and the incredible team at this hospital supported her through both journeys. This challenge is my way of giving back and showing gratitude for the outstanding care they provide to so many families.
