Earlier this year, my Grandad Stanley Silverwood sadly passed away due to complications of a stroke he suffered last year. My grandpa was my absolute hero and the greatest man I have ever met.

In memory of him and the incredible bravery he showed after suffering a stroke, I am running the Sheffield half marathon on the 23rd of March to raise money for The Stroke Association and all the amazing work that they do.
