This Summer and Autumn, Pareto's Joe Heaword will be taking on 4 incredible challenges to raise funds for The Christie Charity. They’re a leading cancer treatment and research charity that provide life-changing care to thousands of patients and families.

Challenges include:

- 12 July - National Three Peaks Challenge – Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in 24hrs!

- 31 August (weather dependent) - Sandstone Trail Hike

- 13 September - Skydiving from 15,000 ft

- 5 October - Chester Marathon

The funds raised will be for The Christie’s Advanced Scanning and Imaging Centre, which is one of the hospital’s busiest departments. Originally designed to support 20 patients a day, it now sees more than 120 daily, putting significant strain on space and resources.

With your support, this fundraising effort will help The Christie to:

• Improve and expand facilities for a better patient experience

• Create a more comfortable and dignified environment for those going through treatment

• Increase capacity and reduce waiting times

• Attract world-leading practitioners
