I am taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to raise £1,000 for the Aurora Wellbeing Centre and the incredible work they do supporting children affected by cancer.

This will be a completely new challenge for me. I have never climbed a mountain before, let alone attempted three peaks in one day. While I keep myself fit and active, this is pushing me far outside of my comfort zone — but it feels worthwhile for a cause that truly matters.

The Aurora Wellbeing Centre provides children and families affected by cancer with something incredibly important: support, safety, and space to simply be children during some of the hardest moments imaginable. Through counselling rooms, safe environments, and wellbeing support, they help young people and families find comfort, strength, and hope when they need it most.

I know someone personally who has been affected by cancer, and seeing the impact it can have on families makes this cause even more meaningful to me.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help the Aurora Wellbeing Centre continue improving their facilities and supporting children through incredibly difficult times.
