Well hello again sports fans and charity stans.

This time, I'm running the Leicester half marathon with my old pal Sinnott (also Joe) for Orchard, an amazing OCD charity doing innovative research into new treatments for the condition.

My brother Ben suffered from OCD, and it affects more than 750,000 people in the UK alone, so please give what you can to fund live changing and life saving treatments.
