The Loch Lomond Rescue Boat is an independent volunteer lifeboat serving Loch Lomond and the surrounding shores. It was founded in 1977 from monies donated by an unknown sailor. The rescue boat attends around 100 callouts per year with some particularly busy days having as many as 7 or 8 callouts in a single day! The boat is crewed entirely by volunteers and is funded by donations.

Story

Myself, Michael Hegarty Simon Fleming and paul haggerty are raising awareness and funds for The Loch Lomond Rescue Boat and as a tribute to a beautiful young girl who is close to us all. Ava sadly lost her life at a young age whilst playing with with her friends at Loch Lomond.
