Last year, when doing the London Marathon, I ended up in the back of an ambulance (twice!). This year, I am attempting to do more than double the marathon distance by completely a 100km London to Brighton.

Stupid? Probably. Determined? Absolutely.

My friend Mark Allan from BUPA and I decided to create Dentistry’s BIG Community Challenge firstly, to bring together positive dental professionals, dental groups and suppliers to form UK Dentistry's biggest ever community project. But primarily, to raise as much money as we collectively can for Dentaid, who are celebrating their 30th Anniversary.

By joining Dentistry’s BIG Community Challenge we will be helping to change lives through dental care. All the money raised will help Dentaid provide life-changing treatment for the most vulnerable people in our communities, including those experiencing homelessness, harm, poverty and abuse.
