National 3 Peaks Challenge · 3 May 2024

Our charity raises vital funds to ensure Royal Preston and Chorley and South Ribble Hospitals are equipped with the very latest in technology, enabling vital research and making our hospitals a little more comfortable for patients and their families.

Story

Hi everyone,

Last April our daughter Isobel became seriously unwell with viral meningitis. We received the best care from Ward 8 at Royal Preston Hospital and would like to try and raise money for the children’s ward with your help.

On the 3rd May this year myself and a group of mates (9 walkers and 3 drivers) in total are attempting to do the National 3 Peaks challenge in 24 hours. Setting off on Friday 3rd May to walk Ben Nevis, then to Scafell Pike around 4am and finally Snowdon at 1pm.

Walkers - Joe Miller, Andrew Ireland, Dave Richardson, Andrew Taylor, Carlo Matichecchia, Joe Crook, Micheal Shepherd, Matthew Johnston and David Porter.

Drivers - Fred Miller, Karl Coulter and Phil Hall.

Any contribution would be greatly appreciated via donation or help towards the walk/drive.
