March 2026, I’ll be taking on my first ever half marathon, the Bath Half, in support of an incredible local charity, Time Is Precious.

Founded in memory of five-year-old Ben Halford, who sadly passed away from cancer, Time Is Precious helps make life more comfortable for children with illness or disability and their families.

I only started running at the beginning of this year, having never jogged or run long distances before — so this is a huge personal challenge for me. I’ll be running in memory of my dad, Dean Moon, who passed away from colon cancer in August 2025.

Supporting Time Is Precious feels like the perfect way to honour him. The funds raised will help the charity continue creating lasting memories for families and bringing comfort to children facing incredibly tough times.
