Our mission is improve the lives of all people affected by ME. Working towards a future where everyone with ME receives the understanding, equity and care they deserve. We provide practical support and healthcare services, as well as funding breakthrough research and campaigning for change.

Story

Action for M.E. aims to end the ignorance, injustice and neglect experienced by children and adults with M.E.

M.E. (also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) is a debilitating condition that, in mild cases, causes the sufferer to have difficulty with normal everyday functions such as walking, and in bad cases, renders the sufferer bedbound. There is no known cure or treatment for M.E., and victims can live in these conditions for decades. There is huge amounts of stigma surrounding M.E., with those affected often being dismissed by both those who know them and GPs as "just being tired"

I'm running to not only raise money for care and research, but to also raise awareness for a cause so close to my heart. My partner, Ellie, suffers from M.E. and it affects her every day. All donations of any amount are hugely appreciated, so please give if you can.
