I am running Leeds Abbey Dash 10k on 30th November to raise money for Touchstone. Touchstone provides a range of health and wellbeing support across Yorkshire. They offer a variety of services in Leeds and work with people from diverse communities. Touchstone also runs Here for You, an out of hours service open 365 nights a year, offering emotional support and practical help to people in crisis.
