Story
In mid July 2025 I had lung surgery at Royal Papworth Hospital in Cambridge. The level of care and support that I received was outstanding and I was fortunate to make a very speedy recovery.
Two months later – on 14th September – I'll be raising money for the Society of Cardiothoracic Surgery (SCTS) by cycling from London to Brighton as part of TEAM SCTS.
Every mile we ride will help fund initiatives that improve and push the boundaries of cardiothoracic care, support the people who deliver it, and ensure continued innovation for the future.
Any donations would be gratefully accepted and help to make a lasting difference. I'm proud to ride for SCTS and wouldn't have been able to make this journey without the excellent care that it has supported.
