Story
I’m taking on a 100km running challenge in memory of my brother Nathan, who tragically lost his life due to mental health struggles aged just 21
On 27th September, which would have been my brother’s 24th birthday, I’ll be running 100km in his memory — and to raise awareness of the challenges that come with mental health.
I’ve been training for a few weeks already, and with just 10 weeks to go, it’s about to get even more intense.
This run means everything to me. It’s for Nathan — and for everyone fighting silent battles.
I’m raising funds for The Counselling Hub, a vital organisation that supports people facing mental health challenges.
Please donate whatever you can — every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.
Thank you for your support.
