Its triathlon time...

Marathons are all well and good, but why be bad at 1 sport when I can be bad at THREE!!

Decided its time to take things to the next level, and I'm proud to say that Run 4 Cancer are onboard with my crazy journey. So on the 9th June 2024 Im attempting the Legend 70.3 Slateman Triathlon in Llanberis.

So that's a 1,900m swim in the lake, 90km cycle round Eryri and then a half marathon 21.1km run through the slopes of Dinorwig quarry. 70.3 miles total. Crumbs.

So far I've managed to hit over one thousand pounds with each of these fundraisers. It would be amazing to do it a 3rd time, but lets not get ahead of ourselves.

Anything you can manage to donate is a massive help for these guys. They do wonderful work providing respite holidays for families with cancer patients. I'm so glad to be a small part of helping that happen.

I lost my Dad to cancer when I was 14, and the holidays we had together gave me some of the best memories I have of him.

Im doing this so that someone else can have an opportunity to make memories with their loved ones, and its your donations that make it all happen.
