I lost both my parents to illnesses related to this awful disease. No one should have to watch a loved one suffer at the hands of this illness.

I have previously taken part in 2 of these 100km challenges and a 26km trek of Pen Y Fan raising over £6000 in total.

At the Alzheimer’s Society, they're working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.

They do this by giving help to those living with dementia today and providing hope for the future.
