I’m Joey and I’m 25 years old. I am a keen musician and a big Bath rugby fan. A couple of weeks ago I graduated from Bath university with a Master’s in International relations and European Politics.

A few days after my graduation I started to lose mobility in my left arm. Tests revealed that I have a 6cm malignant tumour at the top of my spine which had been growing for some time. Like many people I had ignored the signals.

My battle begins on Thursday with the first of 2 operations. I’ve been overwhelmed by the support that I have received from so many people and many have asked me how they can help.

My response is this page. The more resources that can be put into understanding and defeating this horrible disease the better.
