Soooo, the time has come to be brave and do this!

My good friend Chris and I have started training for the Three Peaks Challenge we have set ourselves in May 2026. Over the course of three days, we plan to climb and conquer the three highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales. No mean feat (infact 10,052 of them!) Not having done anything remotely as physically challenging as this before, this will push me to my absolute limit!

And all of this is in aid of my two weeks of charity work I will be carrying out with DentAid in Uganda in September 2026.

Dentaid The Dental Charity provides dental care and oral health advice for people experiencing homelessness, harm, poverty and abuse. They help people at risk of health inequalities who’ve been living with the misery of toothache and restore their self-esteem by giving them confidence in their smile.

Overseas, Dentaid supports its dental partners by providing portable equipment, funding outreach projects and supporting oral health programmes in communities where access to dental care very limited.

I would be humbled and sincerely appreciative of any support you can give for this very worthwhile cause.
