Last summer, the second chapter of Remarkable Ronnie’s Golf Day delivered everything we could have hoped for and more. With over 30 golfers teeing off under clear blue skies, the atmosphere at Ansty Golf Centre was electric from the very first swing. It was one of those standout days where great company, generous spirits and beautiful weather came together perfectly. Thanks to the incredible support of everyone involved, the event raised an outstanding £5,245, including funds generated through the raffle.

What makes this day so special isn’t just the golf (or the inevitable wayward shots), but the shared purpose behind it. Each entry, donation and raffle ticket directly contributes to giving Ronnie the opportunity to build strength, confidence and independence through intensive therapy.

Following the success of the last few years, we’re back again on Saturday 11th July for another unforgettable golf day — Every pound raised plays a vital role in helping Ronnie continue his journey by accessing specialist therapy at the NAPA Centre in London — therapy that simply isn’t available through standard NHS pathways.

Across three weeks, Ronnie will receive three hours of tailored therapy each day, covering physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, and feeding support, all led by world class experts focused on helping him progress. The programme goes beyond physical development, placing equal importance on communication through assistive tools like iPads and switches, empowering Ronnie with new ways to express himself and increase his independence.
