Howdy folks,

So I've decided to take on the 3 peaks challenge this May. Along with 13 other volunteers we'll be attempting to summit Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours.

I've decided to raise money for an amazing local charity called 'Ruils' who support disabled people to live independent lives within the community. Counselling at Ruils provides a safe and supportive space for parents of disabled young people, or those who are disabled or have mental health conditions themselves, to discuss their concerns and find ways to cope.

Ruils makes a huge difference in the day to day lives of so many people, so when the opportunity came up to simultaneously help them out and challenge myself on a personal and physical level, 🫱🏻🫲🏻 I couldn't pass it up.

It's going to be a tough one and I really appreciate your support! Please give as generously as you can.
