Story
We're Daf and Laura, two friends from south west Wales who are (still) Joggin' for Noggin!
The Brain Tumour Charity has been a source of support, advice and reassurance since Daf's wife and Laura's friend & former colleague was diagnosed with a brain tumour in April 2023. In 2024, we ran a number of races for the charity, including the Llanelli, Barmouth and Porthcawl 10Ks and the Cardiff Half Marathon.
In 2025, we're stepping up our running even further. Not only will we be returning to the Cardiff Half Marathon in October; we'll also be running the Llanelli Half Marathon in February 2025, and the Porthcawl 10k in July.
The Brain Tumour Charity is the world's leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. Committed to saving and improving lives, we're moving further, faster to help every single person affected by a brain tumour.
We're set on finding new treatments, offering the highest level of support and driving urgent change. And we're doing it right now. Because we understand that when you, or someone you love, is diagnosed with a brain tumour a cure really can't wait.
