Hey everyone - on May 25th, I’ll be jumping out of a plane (with a parachute!) to raise money for Orchard OCD , a charity funding cutting-edge research into OCD.

OCD is something I’ve lived with for most of my life, and is still incredibly misunderstood. Apart from it often being a seriously debilitating condition, it costs the UK economy billions of pounds each year, so research into better treatments - and improving public understanding of the condition - really matters.
