For the last 18 months of her life, Johann Horsburgh lived at The Elms, a home run by CrossReach in Edinburgh to care for people living with dementia. In memory of her, and in gratitude for the outstanding care she received, her family are inviting donations to CrossReach, the social care agency of the Church of Scotland. Every donation will go to help provide care for others and continue the vital work CrossReach does across all its services.
