Story
On March 28, we’re taking on a sponsored bike ride from London to Liverpool in memory of our Dad.
He was a die-hard Liverpool fan through and through, so there feels no more fitting journey than riding to the city he loved, where we’ll scatter some of his ashes and celebrate his life along the way.
We’re raising money for Get On Downs, a brilliant local charity that supports parents and families of children with Down syndrome, offering vital services, community, and opportunities that make a real difference to everyday lives.
Dad spent the bulk of his career working as a special educational needs coordinator and was a passionate advocate for people with additional needs. Supporting others wasn’t just his job — it was who he was. Because of that, raising money for Get On Downs feels especially fitting, particularly as his grandson has Down’s syndrome.
Every mile we ride is for Dad, and every donation — big or small — will help Get On Downs continue their amazing work. Thank you so much for your support, encouragement, and generosity. It truly means the world to us.
