After a couple of years without anything remotely like a challenge due to nursing various physical and mental injuries and issues, I decided it's time to do another fundraiser for another worthwhile charity, and what a challenge and charity it is!! This time I've decided to attempt the UK 3 Peaks Challenge and raise money for Make A Wish UK. Basically, me and a group of friends shall be navigating our way up and down the three highest peaks in the UK (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon) in 24hrs. Well that's the plan!! I must be mad!!

So I'm back in the gym, getting myself out and about in the local Peak District tackling the local hills, and generally trying to prepare myself both physically and mentally for the mammoth challenge ahead. Around 23 miles (or 37km) and three big fookin hills, all in under 24hrs!
