The Rare Breeds Survival Trust exists to conserve and promote our native British livestock breeds. Whether sheep, cattle, horses, pigs or poultry, these animals are a huge part of the UK’s agricultural heritage and a vital genetic resource to our agricultural future.

Story

As I approach a significant milestone in my life, I have decided to celebrate my 65th birthday in a way that truly reflects my values and passions. Instead of receiving gifts, I am raising funds for the Rare Breeds Survival Trust, an organization dedicated to preserving our planet's unique and endangered livestock breeds.

The work of the Rare Breeds Survival Trust is vital. These breeds are not just part of our agricultural heritage; they play a crucial role in biodiversity and sustainable farming practices. By supporting this charity, we can help ensure that future generations will have the opportunity to appreciate and benefit from these remarkable animals.

I kindly ask you to consider making a donation to this worthy cause. My target is £500, and every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference. Your generosity will go directly to the charity through JustGiving, which makes donating simple, fast, and secure. Thank you for taking the time to visit my page and for your support in helping preserve our rare breeds.
