We are a bunch of old guys.... Michael Reynolds (60) John Brennan (56) Chris Lockwood (46) and Frank Boyle (45) (AKA Dads Army)... taking on Race the Sun (in Snowdon, Wales) for children's charity Action Medical Research.

We will be setting off at sunrise to bike (51Km), then hike Snowdon (17Km) and then Kayak (3Km) around a challenging course in a race starting at sunrise and must be completed before the sun sets.

By supporting our team you will be helping to find ways to reduce premature birth, to support children facing a lifetime of challenges caused by disabilities, and to develop cutting-edge therapies for rare and incurable diseases.
