On Sunday 27th April 2025, I will take part in my very first Marathon and run 26.2 miles through the streets of London.

I will be running the 2025 TCS London Marathon after being invited to join the fundraising team at Children with Cancer UK, a charity whose vision is a world where every child and young person survives cancer.

For 35 years, Children with Cancer UK has funded much needed research into the causes of childhood cancers, and the development of better, kinder treatments as well as funding initiatives that support children and their families through cancer treatment and beyond.

Their work has contributed significantly to a marked increase in childhood cancer survival rates and improved quality of life for patients.
