Join Me in Supporting Foyle Hospice: Running for a Cause!

From 12:00 noon on April 9th, 2025, until 4:00 pm on April 13th, I’ll be running 4 miles every 4 hours to raise funds for the incredible work that Foyle Hospice does in our community. It’s going to be a challenge, but it’s one that I’m excited to take on — and I need your help!

Foyle Hospice provides essential care and support for individuals who are living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as offering comfort and compassion to their families. As a charity, Foyle Hospice relies on the generosity of donors and volunteers to continue offering its services, such as palliative care, home care, and bereavement support. The staff at Foyle Hospice make an incredible difference to so many lives, providing expert care in an environment that’s built on kindness, dignity, and respect.

I’ve set myself an ambitious target of raising £4000 for Foyle Hospice, and I would be incredibly grateful for every donation I receive. The funds will go directly towards helping Foyle Hospice continue its vital work and support those in need. Every single contribution, no matter the amount, brings us closer to reaching that target and making a real difference.

The challenge I’m undertaking will see me running 4 miles every 4 hours for four consecutive days. It’s going to be tough, but knowing that the funds I raise will directly support Foyle Hospice’s work keeps me motivated. This cause is very close to my heart, and I want to raise as much as I can to help them continue providing exceptional care.

Join Me on a Run: Running 4 miles every 4 hours isn’t something I can do alone — and I’d love to have you with me! If you’re up for the challenge, come and join me on one of the runs. It’s a great way to show support, get active, and be part of something special. You don’t have to run all 4 miles — join for a lap, or just come along to cheer me on!
