A few months ago I rashly signed up for a 14-day bike ride across France! I hope I'm up to it, but will find out very soon!

It seems too good a fundraising opportunity to pass by so I have decided to support our Rotary President's charity for 2025/26 i.e. Hart Voluntary Action - specifically their counselling services for young adults. All funds raised will go directly to them.

Hart Voluntary Action is a charity based in Fleet, they provide a variety of services for the local residents to support health and wellbeing including a counselling service providing mental health support to young people and adults. They provide up to 10 counselling sessions per person on a weekly basis.

The aim of this fundraising is to specifically support counselling sessions for young adults (particularly young men who find it more difficult to talk about their issues), aged 18-30, it costs, on average, £500 to provide one adult with counselling.
