We are raising funds in loving memory of John Desira, the Founder and Chairman of Desira Group Plc, whose vision, integrity and kindness touched the lives of so many people.

Over more than five decades, John built Desira into one of East Anglia's leading family owned motor groups, always guided by the values of honesty, respect, hard work and exceptional customer care.

John believed that success was built on treating people fairly, valuing colleagues, and putting customers first. While he was immensely proud of the business he created, his greatest pride was his family. Together, John and Susan raised four children and were blessed with four grandchildren, who remained at the centre of his life.

John's leadership, generosity and unwavering commitment earned the respect of generations of colleagues, customers, manufacturers and business partners. His legacy extends far beyond the motor industry and continues through the family business he established and the values he instilled in everyone around him.

In honour of John's life and legacy, we are supporting the Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals Charity, a cause that was close to John's family. Every donation, no matter the size, will help the charity continue its vital work in supporting patients, their families and the dedicated staff at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
