Hitting Rock Bottom is something I'm very familiar with and it's taken me a long time to get myself back to anywhere near my old self. With the love and support of my family and friends, exercise, and also seeing the amazing work that Sherry and her team at Kelly's Heroes do on a daily basis has brought me a new "normal". Every push on my pedals is for Kelly and anyone else that has, is, or may in the future struggle. Hitting Rock Bottom doesn't mean you have to stay there, it's a journey back but with the right support we can all make it.
