I’m undertaking The Drop - 10 Mile Glasgow challenge on the 10th August. The Drop strips you of all devices and drops you blindfolded at a mystery location — with no map, no GPS, and no help, you must find your way back using only your wits and determination.

As a new board member of The Preshal Trust, I’m proud to support a charity that brings hope, dignity, and practical help to people facing tough times in the community. Preshal means “precious” — and that’s exactly how we see everyone who walks through the door. I’m raising funds to help continue this life-changing work, and every penny really does make a difference.
