Story
On the 9th of August, I’ll be taking on a skydive to raise money for the MS Society—a cause that means a great deal to me and my family.
Earlier this year, my eldest brother Chris was diagnosed with Secondary Progressive MS (SPMS). Watching the speed at which his condition is deteriorating has been devastating. MS is a brutal and unpredictable disease, and seeing its impact on someone you love so deeply is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
That’s why I’m doing this jump. The MS Society funds vital research and support that can make a real difference to people like Chris. If we can help improve lives today and bring us closer to better treatments—or even a cure—then it’s 100% worth it.
This year, Rise Technical has chosen the MS Society as our Charity of the Year, and I’m proud to be part of a company rallying behind this incredible organisation. Together with my colleagues, we’re taking part in all sorts of fundraising activities throughout 2025—from bake sales to pub quizzes and beyond—all with one goal: to make a real difference for those living with MS.
Your support—big or small—means the world. Every pound raised goes directly to supporting life-changing research, care, and advocacy for people with MS.
If you’re able to donate, please do. And if you can’t, a share or message of encouragement would go a long way too.
Thank you for helping us fight this. Let’s do it for my Brother Chris—and for everyone else living with MS.
