I took up running during covid and then, as my knees started to feel the strain thought it would be a good idea to break things up with different activities and started doing triathlons in 2022 for fun!

For this middle distance event I really wanted to try to raise some money for a noble cause - there are so many to choose form these days but I decided on STC
