Our beloved Husband, Dad & Grandad; John Marriott, sadly passed away unexpectedly on Saturday 7 March 2026.

John was a huge supporter of both West Ham United FC and Essex County Cricket Club, having played both sports from a young age. This love led him to attending many a cricket match throughout his life, and becoming a West Ham Season Ticket Holder at both the Boleyn Ground and London Stadium. In recent years he spent his Sundays watching his grandchildren play football and passed his love of West Ham onto them.

To continue his legacy in supporting these teams, we kindly ask that any donations are made, in lieu of flowers, to West Ham United Foundation and/or Essex Cricket Foundation
