On Sunday 24th May I will be taking on the Great West Run Half Marathon to raise vital funds for the South Western Ambulance Charity. This is a cause that is so important to me as their mission is to work alongside the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) to help enhance care and support for patients, and staff, in critical moments.

Donations to South Western Ambulance Charity support;

- Staff health and well-being enhancements; from coffee machines, quiet rooms and outdoor seating, to seasonal treats or alternative therapies.

- Equipping volunteer Community First Responders with enhanced kit, including lifting chairs, defibrillators, medical kit bags and cars.

- Improving access to lifesaving defibrillation and CPR in local communities across the South West.
