After 3 exhausting cancer treatments in 3 years my remission was brief and my cancer returned aggressively. It was at this low point in my life that the Christie appeared on my horizon and I was fortunate to be accepted on a new early phase immunotherapy trial.

The Christie has a well deserved reputation for cancer expertise, research, and care, but perhaps more importantly, it also implants hope in all its patients.

Incredibly, within 12 weeks I was in complete remission and I continue in good health 2 years after the completion of my treatment.

This is my third Camino to celebrate my return to health and to raise funds for this amazing northern institution.

Funds raised, will help research and give more patients, like me, the opportunity to join a clinical trial that's suited to their needs.
