THANK YOU!!!

I had to defer from 2026 to 2027 because of a bad injury I picked up in March, a few weeks before the Marathon. Lucky for the guy who did the new World Record as I was aiming for a finish around 1.59:20 😉🤣

Who's idea was this? I've always finished a Half Marathon (all with the NSPCC) and said "If you ask me to run ANOTHER 13 miles you can shoot me!"

But here we are, signed up to doing the London Marathon, the biggest and best! Something I've ALWAYS wanted to try and do with some dignity I hope!!

So, come on, help motivate me to keep training, to keep positive and focused....

I've raised money before for NSPCC and I'm so proud to be partnered up with them once again.

They are simply amazing and provide such a fantastic range of help, advice and support for vulnerable children as well as education for adults working with children. I've seen their work first hand when a Governor at my own Children's Primary School.

So PLEASE accept my utterly grateful thanks as I REALLY do appreciate it!!

Now where did I put my chaffing cream? ......
