COPS provides peer support opportunities and access to counselling services to help surviving family members (‘survivors’) rebuild their shattered lives.

Since its foundation in 2003, COPS has helped hundreds of police families devastated by the loss of a loved one who died on duty.

I’m returning for one last year before I retire to raise money for COPS. I’ll be riding from Gretna to the National Arboretum in Staffordshire with others from the police family and survivors of fallen officers.

I’ll be raising money over the course of the year, and will try to give something back (car washing??) in return for any donations.
