The Talent Tap was formed in 2008 to help drive social mobility in Britain. Since then The Talent Tap has helped hundreds of young people find the right career for them and given them the chance to achieve their full potential.

The charity works with industry and education to create pathways into meaningful careers for young people, with a specific focus on those who live in coastal and rural areas across the UK.

Every pound we raise helps more young people find jobs and achieve their full potential, which is good for them, good for business and good for Britain.

And that is why JP, Matt and Nick are running 100km along the South Downs Way. It is likely to be a tough race but running 100km is not nearly as hard as it is to find opportunities if you are born into a deprived part of the UK.
